Access to paid options requires payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or duties. Failure to pay may lead to feature suspension or account termination.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are granted.
The service provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Major changes will be communicated at least seven days in advance. You agree that no compensation is due for modifications. Continued use signifies your acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software and content remain with their owners. No rights are transferred except the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal actions may follow infringements.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then arbitration or the courts if necessary. Each party bears its own legal costs. Severability ensures that invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
